PeerProz is an online marketplace that connects service providers ("Providers") with customers ("Customers") seeking professional services. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any service agreement between Providers and Customers.

We provide a platform for:

• Customers to discover, compare, and book services
• Communication and transaction facilitation between users
• Payment processing and dispute resolution services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

You may register as a Customer, Provider, or both. Each account type has specific responsibilities and access levels as outlined in these Terms.

4. Service Provider Obligations

As a Provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your services, qualifications, and experience
• Deliver services in a professional and timely manner
• Honor all bookings and commitments made through the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communications
• Resolve disputes in good faith

5. Customer Obligations

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Respect Providers' time and cancel bookings with appropriate notice
• Communicate clearly about your service requirements
• Provide honest and constructive feedback and reviews
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Service Fees

PeerProz charges service fees for transactions conducted through the Platform. These fees are clearly displayed before you complete a booking. Fees may vary based on the type of service and transaction amount.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of each service agreement and our refund policy.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and Provider. The specific cancellation terms for each service are displayed at the time of booking. Both Providers and Customers must comply with the agreed-upon cancellation policy.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Users may post reviews and ratings about services and Providers. You agree that:

• Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experience
• You will not post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews
• Reviews must comply with our Community Guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
• Circumvent payment systems or fees

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PeerProz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform, but grant PeerProz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Disclaimer

PeerProz is a marketplace platform and does not provide the services listed. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Providers. We do not endorse any Provider or service.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerProz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeerProz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Provider and Customer, we encourage parties to resolve the matter directly. If direct resolution is not possible, PeerProz may provide dispute resolution services as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

For disputes with PeerProz, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeerProz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
